Setting Out Engineer, Surveyor, West of Scotland covering Ayrshire, Paisley, Glasgow, Blantyre, Larkhall, £270 – £300 per day (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours paid, 30-minute unpaid lunch)
• Setting out and surveying for groundworks, steel frame structures, drainage, car parks, and roadworks
• Conducting pre-site surveys to support project planning
• Assisting with the delivery and coordination of groundworks operations
• Performing quality checks and site inspections to ensure work meets required standards
• Capturing photographic evidence of completed work
• Reporting progress, findings, and updates to clients

Requirements

• Proven background in civil engineering or construction
• Demonstrable experience in setting out and site surveying
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
