Class 2 Drivers – Central Belt

Aspirare Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Class 2 and Class 1 Drivers to join a well-established operation across the Central Belt. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, safety-focused drivers seeking stable, long-term work with regular overtime and weekend availability.

We are recruiting for Concrete Mixer Drivers (mixer or tipper experience essential), Tipper Drivers, Artic Drivers, and Block Drivers.

Benefits

• £16.33 per hour

• Overtime paid at £24.49 per hour (time and a half)

• Regular overtime and weekend work available

• Monday to Friday working pattern

• 6:30am or 7:00am start times

• 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Delivering materials safely and efficiently across the Central Belt

• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring roadworthiness

• Reporting vehicle defects promptly and accurately

• Driving in a safe, professional manner at all times

• Complying with all Health & Safety regulations and company policies

• Maintaining high standards of customer service on-site and on delivery

Requirements

• Valid Category C or C+E licence

• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

• Maximum of 6 penalty points

• Mixer experience required for Concrete Mixer roles

• Strong safety awareness and professional attitude

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work
