Responsibilities
Carry out roof repairs on void and tenanted properties
Complete general building maintenance and repair work
Undertake slabbing and roughcasting
Travel across the designated area to multiple sites
Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining health and safety standards
Requirements
Proven experience in roof repairs (essential)
Strong all-round building maintenance skills
Experience with slabbing, roughcasting and general repairs
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and travel throughout West Argyll
Willingness to undergo a Disclosure check
